8:00 AM Breakfast & Networking

8:30 AM Morning Class Session: Beau Glim from NADCA National will be presenting PQ2.  All industry people are welcome and encouraged to attend the full-day. This session will be targeted to students. New engineers and technicians will benefit from attending the full-day seminar. 

11:30 AM Lunch
* Student tour of Mercury Marine, following lunch.

12:30 PM Afternoon Class Session: Clay Rasmussen and Alex Monroe, PhD, will present a detailed discussion of additive manufacturing for die inserts.  Topics will include:

• Thermal simulations for conformally cooled inserts.
• Structural die insert design for additive manufacturing.
• Thermal fatigue simulations for additively manufactured inserts.

• Recommend parking is in Lot T, using the T-2 entrance.  Room T101 will be on your right.
